Memory Tree 2025

The holidays can be hard when you are missing a loved one from your family traditions. Midland Care invites you to give them their own special time at our 2025 Memory Tree event. We will have two services on Sunday, December 7. All services will be held at our PACE Center at 2134 SW Westport Drive, Topeka, KS 66614.

This service will provide you with the opportunity to remember those we have lost in a special way. Your loved one does not have to have been served by Midland Care to be remembered. This event is also a fundraiser to provide care for those who seek our services but lack the financial means to pay.

We do ask that you RSVP for a service as space is limited.

Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Memory Tree Donation

Your generous gift ensures that your loved one’s memory shines brightly this season:

  • A donation of any amount will include your loved one’s name on our 2025 Memory Tree.
  • A gift of $25 adds their name to the Memory Tree.
  • A gift of $50 honors your loved one with their name on the Memory Tree, a personalized ornament and a keepsake luminary.
