27th Annual Celebration Walk
The weather did not cooperate for our 27th Annual Celebration Walk on May 12th. Due to threatening storms, we called the evening a little early – a first in 27 years. While the event halted earlier than expected, it was still an amazing night of remembrance, reflection, and celebration as we gathered to remember and celebrate the lives of those we love.
A huge thank you to everyone who came to our campus and enjoyed the evening. Thank you to everyone who donated before or during the event. We did get to release the beautiful butterflies and read the names of those we remembered. Even though many of the candles were wet, we still lit many luminaries. The butterflies, reading of the names, and lighting the luminaries are important and part of our promise to you – to always remember.
It is still possible to purchase t-shirts from the Walk. Click now to buy your T-shirt. We will notify you after we receive the request to arrange a day to pick up shirts. All shirts will be picked up at our 1112 SW 6th Street office. If you would like to make a donation for the Walk, click now. Your support of the Celebration Walk provides funds for individuals who do not have the financial means for services. You make that possible every single day.
As always, thank you for your continued support!
