Open to ALL Community members who have lost a loved one. This group will be facilitated by either Sharil Baxter who is grief and loss counselor at Midland Care or Serena Kent, social worker Midland Care. The group will focus various topics such as, reinvesting in life, coping with change, what to do with the loved one’s possessions, meaningful rituals to keep the deceased’s spirit alive, establishing memorials like gardens or online websites, handling coworkers and family members, dealing with depression, and understanding emotions and the grief process.
