Julie Kirkwood brings a wealth of experience to her East Team Therapy Coordinator role at Midland Care PACE. Before joining Midland Care, she honed her skills at Kindred Home Health and earned her degree from Wichita State University. In her current role, Julie provides physical therapy services and supervises the therapy teams at the Lawrence and Kansas City PACE centers. She actively participates in IDT and Midland Leadership teams, contributing to improving processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing participant care.

Julie is not just a leader but also a team player at Midland Care. She is passionate about the team approach, which allows her to consider the “whole person” when providing care. Outside of work, Julie enjoys working in her yard and garden, tackling home improvement projects, and spending time with her dog, Jenga. She also loves to exercise, practice yoga, and enjoy live music on a patio. Julie finds joy in her family, including her children and grandchildren, and is passionate about travel.
