Healing Hearts is a fun and safe place for children to learn about grief after the death of a loved one. Children will learn new coping skills which will help them on their life journey. We share memories, express feelings, and will explore the outdoors!

- The Healing Hearts camp is for children ages 7-12
who have experienced a recent loss. - When: Saturday, October 11, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Where: Hope and Healing Academy
10347 SW 53rd Street, Topeka, KS, 66610 - Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided.
Registration is required and the deadline to RSVP is Friday, September 19, 2025.

- Instructor lead Horse Experiences.
(no riding will occur) - Up close experiences with other farm animals.
- Learn about empathy and coping skills.
- A chance to share their story.
This year the Healing Hearts Camp is being fully funded through the generous donations of the Mike McDonnell Golf Tournament. Therefore, no registration fee is required.
