Capital Campaign

Midland Care is building a new PACE Center in Olathe to expand services for seniors in Johnson, Franklin, and Miami counties, ensuring they receive comprehensive care and support close to home.

Midland Care Connection, Inc. is excited about constructing a new PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Center in Olathe, KS. Located at College Avenue and Ridgeview, this state-of-the-art facility will allow us to extend our comprehensive wrap-around PACE services to older adults in Johnson, Franklin, and Miami counties, ensuring they receive the care, support, and socialization they need to thrive.

With an estimated 1,478 eligible older adults in these areas, this expansion addresses the growing demand for services that help seniors remain in their homes while receiving coordinated care from an 11-member interdisciplinary team. The new PACE Center is part of our broader vision to touch more lives with excellence in care and service. To help make this vision a reality, Midland Care has embarked on a Capital Campaign to raise $12 million.

Invest in your community and receive tax benefits:

We are grateful to have received $166,600 in Kansas Community Service Tax Credits, available to individuals who invest in this project. Donors subject to Kansas income tax can benefit from a 50% tax credit, reducing their state tax liability—meaning a $1,000 donation provides $1,000 in project support and $500 in tax credits for the donor. The new PACE Center will enhance the quality of life for countless older adults and allow Midland Care to continue advancing its mission of excellence in service across Kansas.
